    Top Ten Hindu Temples in Bangladesh.

    A temple is a holy place for Hindus. They give the temples the highest place in their lives. They believe that their god Shawar lives there. There are several temples in Bangladesh, now we are going to discuss the top ten Hindu temples in Bangladesh. In the opinion of the people we make the top ten Minders here.

    Top Hindu Temples in Bangladesh.

    1. Kantoji Temple:

    A medieval Hindu temple in Dinajpur, Bangladesh. This Kantoji Temple, commonly known as the Kantozeu Temple in Canton, is the Kantoji Temple, a magnificent religious shrine of the eighteenth century. The temple belongs to the popular Hindu Kanto or Krishna and is most popular for the Radha-Krishna culture in Bengal.

    This beautiful temple dedicated to Krishna and his wife Rukmini was started by Maharaja Pran Nath. It started in 1704 and ended in his reign.

    2. Dakeshwari National Temple:

    Dhaka Dakshwari Temple is a state-owned national temple in Bangladesh. The name Dakshwari refers to the “Goddess of Dhaka” that after the destruction of the Kali Temple of Ramna by the Pakistani military during the War of Liberation during the War 1971, Dakeshwari Temple became the most important Hindu temple in Bangladesh.

    3. Joy Kali Temple:

    The Joy Kali Temple is located between Thari Bazar and Wari in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. On a street named after this temple, 24 Anand Kali is on the road to the temple. Jai Kali Temple is a Hindu temple dedicated to Goddess Kali Maa. Kali Devi has a great significance to the Hindus.

    4. The Puthia Temple:

    Puthia Mandir is located 25 km from Rajshahi city. The complex is made up of a bunch of old Hindu temples notable in Puthia upazila of eastern Rajshahi, Bangladesh. It contains the largest number of temples in Bangladesh.

    The temple was built by the zamindar king of the Puthiyaraj family who was the king’s donor. The temple is built in terracotta in a variety of styles, combining the ideal architecture – Bengali architecture with their influence.

    5. Jagannath temple:

    Located at Chatmohar in Pabna, Bangladesh, Jagannath Mandir is dedicated to Lord Shiva Jagannath. Locally known Handial Temple. The temple was built between 1300 and 1400 AD. The temple is famous for terracotta sculpture and has been described as one of the Hindu temples of northern Bangladesh. The temple is damaged due to the salinity from the soil it built.

    6. Adinath Temple, Maheskhali:

    Adinath Mandir is located at the top of the Mayank hill of Maheshkhali in Cox’s Bazar. The island on the coast is dedicated to the Hindu god Shabara Shiva, who is worshiped as Adinath. According to the Bengali calendar, the temple, which is famous for this annual fair held at the foot of Mount Mayak in the month of Falgun, lasted for three days, and thousands of Hindus from all over Bangladesh attended.

    7. Comilla Jagannath Temple:

    The Comilla Jagannath Temple in Comilla, Bangladesh, is also known as Seoraratna Temple or the seventeen Ratna Temple. It is dedicated to the Hindu God Shabara Jagannath. It is sixteenth century old and was built by Manikuo Bahadur, the king of Tripura, Shri Shrijoktuau Maharaja Rada Kishore.

    8. Bhabanipur Shaktipeeth:

    Bhabanipur is a sacred place in the Rajshahi section of Bangladesh, about 20 km from Sherpur upazila of Bogra district. It is one of the strongholds of the Indian subcontinent.

    9. Jeshoreshwari Kali Temple:

    One of the most famous Hindu temples in Bangladesh is the Yashoreshwari Kali Temple, dedicated to Goddess Kali. The temple is located at Shamnagar Upazila village in Satkhira. The name ‘Jessoreshwari’ refers to the goddess of Jessore.

    10. Chandranath Temple:

    Chandranath Temple, located near Sitakunda, Bangladesh. Chandranath is at the top of the hill, a famous Shakti Peetha, which has every Hindu scripture. The right hand of Devi Sati fell on Sitakundo Chandranath, a holy place of pilgrimage. They are all famous and well known Hindu temples of Bangladesh.
